Description: 

Package contains Mongoose executable.
Mongoose executable can read a Matrix Market file containing an adjacency
matrix and output timing and partitioning information to a plain-text file.
Simply call it with the following syntax:
mongoose <MM-input-file.mtx> [output-file]
