Package blender-cycles-hip-kernels: Information

Precompiled GPU binaries for GPU accelerated rendering with Cycles on various
graphics cards.

This package contains binaries for AMD GPUs to use with HIP.
- Fix cycles-gfx1031-kernel patch.
- Applied fixes for cycles:
  + cycles/hip: reduce opt level and enable hipcc-func-supp for
    gfx1031 kernel (see https://github.com/ROCm/llvm-project/issues/58)
- HIP: Enable on all supported 64-bit arches.
- aarch64: added HIP/CUDA build workaround.
