Package alterator-fbi: Information

this is an alterator based engine (form based interface) to create a simple form based html interface
- update help (by azol@)
- add pt_BR.po
- cherry-picks from master:
  - add embeded help
  - replace own functions with standard functions from jquery
  - finish calendar porting to jquery
  - half port of calendar to jquery
  - port effects library to jQuery
  - remove unused functions for class manipulation
  - use jquery for hostname setup
  - add jquery library
- update ru help, add en help (inger@ and azol@)
