- python.req.py: implemented search for particular encoding modules, e.g. "# coding: cp1251" should yield dependency on "python2.4(encodings.cp1251)" - python.req.py: relaxed fatal error condition for possibly non-pythonish files; files with *.py suffix or shebang line considered pythonish
