Package glibc-nss: Information

NSS is a Name Service Switch subsystem.  The basic idea is to put the
implementation of the different services offered to access the databases
in separate modules.
- glibc-doc is no longer required by glibc-devel (closes: #17963).
- Backported fix for__res_maybe_init() from trunk (closes: #19657).
- Imported a few fixes from trunk.
- glibc_fix_post: Moved /etc/localtime update to tzdata %post (closes: #18786).
- glibc-locales: Packaged more /usr/share/locale/ directories (closes: #19023).
- Built with glibc-kernheaders-2.6.29-alt2.
- Imported a few fixes from trunk.
- io/ftw.h: Fixed "comma at end of enumerator list" -pedantic-errors
  compilation warnings.
- misc/bits/syslog.h (syslog, vsyslog): Removed "return"
  in functions returning void (fixes -pedantic-errors
  compilation warnings, reported by Slava Semushin).
