Package cdrtools: Information

- Automated rebuild.

- Massive update:
  + split to many packages (isoutils,readcd) closes #9196;
  + add trigger for proper upgrade from older versions (fix #9489);
  + add iconv support to mkisofs (fix #9088) tnx to Gentoo for writing and
    Dmitriy Khanzhin <jinn at altlinux.ru> for testing;
  + use tabs instead spaces in alternatives (tnx inger@ for notify).
  + update Url.

- new version 2.01.01a03.
- update patches.
- x86_64 fix by mouse@ (closes #7637).
- fix mispelled summary and desc for rscsi (closes #8122).
- add alternatives for dvdrecord.
- rename cdrecord->cdrecord-classic.
- remove ossdvd patch because it has more problems than benefits.
