Package sisyphus-mirror: Information

This is a simple script for mirroring Sisyphus/Master/updates/etc via rsync.
You may run it via cron.
- Fix of dangling symlinks <arch>/SRPMS.*/*.src.rpm (ALT #31179)
- Add manage mirroring src.rpm packets through the control
- Change the list of architectures synchronized by default:
  + add x86_32 (for old repo)
- New features:
  + New command-line options:
    + --link-list (ALT #31163)
- Update default rsync options:
  + add /files/.timestamp to include (ALT #31172)
- Change the list of architectures synchronized by default:
  + add x86_64-i586
  - remove x86_32
