Package signature-image: Information

- the scaling of the stamp logo has been fixed (scaling occurs along the
  larger side of the logo) (closes: 52872)
- the stamp logo is centering if its total width is less than the
  requested width

- Update the tests
- Add a logo image resizing test
- Delete an unnecessary method call
- Set the default margin to 0 from the right edge
- Resize the image of the set values
