Summary: Python interface to Sundance
Description:
The Trilinos Project is an effort to develop and implement robust algorithms and enabling technologies using modern object-oriented software design, while still leveraging the value of established libraries such as PETSc, Metis/ParMetis, SuperLU, Aztec, the BLAS and LAPACK. It emphasizes abstract interfaces for maximum flexibility of component interchanging, and provides a full-featured set of concrete classes that implement all abstract interfaces. This package contains Python interface to Sundance, a system for rapid development of high-performance parallel finite-element solutions of partial differential equations. It is built on top of an engine for in-place Frechet differentiation of symbolic objects, thereby enabling differentiable simulations for use in optimization, uncertainty quantification, and adaptive error control.
