- arepo.sh: generate strict requirements with a dot or in [E:]V-R[:D] format, this complements the change made in rpm-build-4.0.4-alt122. The treatment of packages with strict deps with a dot is needed for the transitional period (girar task) when there are some packages with strict deps in this obsolete format (namely, rpm-build).
