Package samba-DC-devel: Information

The samba-devel package contains the header files for the libraries
needed to develop programs that link against the SMB, RPC and other
libraries in the Samba suite.
- Update with latest security fixes:
  + CVE-2016-2123 Fix DNS vuln ZDI-CAN-3995
  + CVE-2016-2125 Unconditional privilege delegation to Kerberos servers in
    trusted realms
  + CVE-2016-2126 Flaws in Kerberos PAC validation can trigger privilege
    elevation
  + CVE-2017-2619 Symlink race allows access outside share definition
  + CVE-2017-7494 Remote code execution from a writable share
- [backport] Update for security release with CVE-2016-2119
- Apply fixes for DRSUAPI limits of too strict for some workloads,
  e.g. DRSUAPI replication with large objects.
