Summary: Dummy site for TYPO3

Description: 

This package provides an initial skeleton for custom TYPO3 site
deployment -- you should copy the read-only template as a root
directory of a new website.

Dummy also contains an empty database with only a single admin
user configured (user: "admin", password: "password").
Obviously, change those before too long (or too late).
