Package rpm-build-intro: Information

This package contains new macros introduced for
include in ALT Linux rpm build.

If you wish to use these macros, add rpm-build-intro
package to build requires.
- fix remove_repo_info macro
- provide all packages as rpm-macros-*
- remove_repo_info: add .DS_Store removing
- install.sh: get arch info from distr_vendor (adds support for non x86 arches)
- install.sh: add _distro_name, _distro_version
- NPROCS: divide by 4 only if we have more than 42G
