Package fleet-commander-client: Information

Profile data retriever for Fleet Commander client hosts. Fleet Commander is an
application that allows you to manage the desktop configuration of a large
network of users and workstations/laptops.
- Policy files access modifier fixed.
- The ability to change the policy file by an unprivileged user fixed;
- `null` values in json policy replaced (unsupported firefox).
- 0.14.0 -> 0.15.0.
- Added compatibility against samba 4.11+ (thanks to ptrnine@).
