Summary: syntax highlighting library

Description: 

Skylighting is a syntax highlighting library. It derives its tokenizers
from XML syntax definitions used by KDE's KSyntaxHighlighting framework, so
any syntax supported by that framework can be added. An optional
command-line program is provided.
