Summary: Case insensitive string comparison

Description: 

The module @Data.CaseInsensitive@ provides the 'CI' type constructor which
can be parameterised by a string-like type like: 'String', 'ByteString',
'Text', etc.. Comparisons of values of the resulting type will be
insensitive to cases.
