Package kernel-vmlinux-mcst-e8c: Information

This package provides raw vmlinux image for those who need it.
- renamed mcst-def flavour to elbrus-def, it's fine with me already
  (mcst-$cpu stay the same: these are based on reference configs)
- tweak elbrus-def config:
  + add E8CPCS on v4/v5
  + modularize MGB, MXGBE
- enable CNIC (ftbfs fix by ilyakurdyukov@) and SCSI_BNX2* depending on it
- added elbrus-def flavour
- iset-specific elbrus-def tune-ups
