Summary: ALT Sisyphus default files for user's home directories
The etcskel package is part of the basic ALT Sisyphus system.
These files are then placed in every user's home directory
when new accounts are created.

- .mutt/gpg:
  + do not use --passphrase-fd option if passphrase is not needed;
  + check gpg status fd during decode, decrypt, and verify;
