    - Backported to the p10 branch:
      + Reverted the changes introduced in releases 1.5.1-alt1 and 1.6.0-alt1 that
      were related to systemd scopes created with systemd-run(1).  These systemd
      scopes are essential for using hasher with hasher-priv >= 2.0, which is not
      currently planned to be backported to the p10 branch.

      inside the chroot before initializing the rpm database.
    - spec: updated R: coreutils to ">= 8.26" due to use of the b2sum utility.
    - Fixed initialization of chroots with unmerged /usr on systems
      with merged /usr.
