Summary: GoogleTalk implementation of Jingle

Description: 

Libjingle is Google Talk's implementation of Jingle and Jingle-Audio
(proposed extensions to XMPP) to interoperate with Google Talk's
peer-to-peer and voice calling capabilities.

This library aimed to work with farsight project.
