Package python-module-sphinx: Information

Sphinx is a tool that makes it easy to create intelligent and beautiful
documentation for Python projects (or other documents consisting of
multiple reStructuredText sources)
- 2to3 not used, because sphinx is known to support Python3 natively.
  (This fixed one test that used to fail before.)
- Enabled %check (for Python{2,3}).
- (.spec) clarify: use the pure upstream sources & explicitly expose
  a single useful patch (sphinx-1.4b1-alt-avoid-download-objects.inv.patch).
- (NMU) rebuild with rpm-build-python3-0.1.9
  (for common python3/site-packages/ and auto python3.3-ABI dep when needed)
