Description: 

nginx configuration and glue to run collectd CGI script.

See /etc/nginx/sites-enabled.d/collectd.conf for details,
including access restrictions to be imposed,
and /etc/sysconfig/spawn-fcgi just in case

NB: this reconfigures spawn-fcgi and sets it to autostart!
