Package make-initrd: Information

make-initrd is a new, uevent-driven initramfs infrastructure based around udev.
- Utilities:
  + initrd-put: Properly handle the situation when the copy_file_range is not implemented
- Feature plymouth:
  + Add missing rpm dependencies

  + initrd-put: Fix handling of previous directories
- Feature luks:

  + Run luks handler after mountdev
