Summary: Disable HTTP pipelining for apt

Description: 

This package contains workaround for HTTP/1.1 pipelining bug
in apt before 0.5.15lorg2-alt58; the problem manifests itself
as spurious "connection reset by peer" errors while downloading
packages from remote repositories.
