Package appstream-data-generator: Information

Collection of tools for generation of appstream-data
- After updating Python 3.12.0 need to add the letter r before \
the redexp https://github.com/python/cpython/issues/98401.
- Show missing icon name from desktop file.
- Show XML parse error text.
- Parse appdata files of any types (for example, fonts).
- Ignore missing icons if --allownoicons is used.
- First use cached iconname from appdata file.
- Show package and metainfo file in verbose mode.
