- NMU: unregistered builds for riscv64 and loongarch64:
  + enable unregistered builds for selected architectures;
  + backport riscv64 support, add loongarch64 support
    to aclocal.m4;
  + backport upstream fixes for unregistered builds
    (fixes build of ghc8.6.4-juicypixels).
- Add parallelizm to inner calls to make.
