Package kernel-source-evdi-1.14.4: Information

- New release (6.0).
- udev-rules: sync with upstream.
- evdi: updated to 1.14.4.

- Use LD_PRELOAD instead of hacks (finally closes #47448).
- remove libevdi as DisplayLinkManager rely on exact library name
  (libevdi.so) so anyway correct soname transition not possible.
- udev.sh: use --no-block for starting the service (to reduce the
  boot time stall).

- move firmware files to _libdir due ugly libevdi requires.
- libevdi: bump sover.
