- Restored doc generation, which was disabled in -alt2. - Built LLDB with libedit and SWIG support.

- Dropped certain targets from import checks in CMake configs. This will fix bug 39685, or, at least, dramatically reduce its impact. - Built without gcc-LTO, since it miscompiles the LLVM optimizer. - Temporarily disabled doc generation to urgently push the fix above.
