Package make-initrd-ucode: Information

- Runtime:
  + Fix output in quiet=1 mode.
  + Fix output in rdlog=console mode.
  + Do not show the error that it is impossible to set the log level.
  + Allow setting specific array elements in cmdline if the option
    assumes an array.
- Feature plymouth:
  + Fix plymouth showing when drm is not ready yet.
- Feature pipeline:
  + mountfs: Add an optional parameter mountfs-opts= to specify mount
    options.
