Package alterator-backend-edition: Information

- Add 'exit_status = true' for new version of executor.

- Add edition recover command.
- Add edition list command.
- Add info messages about used data source for getting edition.
- Add display error message if permissions is not enough.
- Remove edition script symlink.
- Rename source package to alterator-backend-edition.

- Move base logic for editions to alterator-backend-edition-utils subpackage with
  lightweight dependencies.
- Add more fallbacks to legacy paths.
- Read os-release before dconf for getting of edition is first of all.
