Package branding-alt-workstation: Information

Distro-specific packages with design and texts for ALT Workstation 11.2beta.
- gnome-settings: use dist-extensions in ALT Panelmode instead os sys-extensions.
- spec: bump version to 11.2
- gnome-settings: rename gnome-dash-app-list-favorites to gnome-dash-app-list,
  since in the future it is planned to configure not only the list
  of priority applications.
- gnome-settings: remove extensions settings from alt-gnome-appearance,
  now in alt-panelmode package.
- gnome-settings add alt-weather extension.
- gnome-settings use copyous@boerdereinar.dev instead of
  clipboard-indicator@tudmotu.com.
- gnome-settings: add Nautilus custom gsettings overrides (Closes: #57475).
- mate-settings: fix desktop background by adding R: a-g-d-w
