Description:

Finger is a utility that allows users to see information about system
users (login name, home directory, name, and more), on local and remote
systems. The finger package includes a standard finger client.

- Fix build for GCC 10 (-fno-common).

- Update spec:
  + Update URL.
  + Do not compress source code with bzip2.
- Fix memory leak and wrong return in finger.
- Fix segfault in finger. Finger segfaults against files with a UTF-8
  encoding and no LANG environment variable.
- Bump release.
