Package interactivesystem: Information

This package defines the components of an interactive ALT Sisyphus system
(for example, the package installation order to use during bootstrapping).

This is a base package for interactivesystem.
- Split interactivesystem away from basesystem to its own source package.
- Added two new interactivesystem-* packages (Closes: 28681):
  + interactivesystem-systemd;
  + interactivesystem-sysv.
- Cleaned up dependencies of interactivesystem:
  - removed: startup.
- Cleaned up dependencies:
  * basesystem:
    - removed: bzip2, coreutils, diffutils, findutils, grep, sed.
    + added: zstd.
  * interactivesystem:
    - removed: less, termutils, service.
