Package rpm-build-ruby: Information

These helper scripts will look at Ruby source files in your package, and will
use this information to generate automatic Requires and Provides tags for the
package.
- Added template %ruby_test.
- Fix to all ruby packages that use %ruby_test_unit macro.
- Added %rake-dependent macros for test, spec, and rdoc.
- Find prov is now written in ruby language.
