Package schilytools: Information

The "Schily" Tool Box is a set of tools originally written by Joerg Schilling.
- Added patches:
  + cdda2wav: fix CDDB lookups via gnudb.org (upstream issue #121)
  + isoinfo: Properly detect Joliet Supplementary Volume
    Descriptors (upstream MR #122)
- Added boostrap knob.
- cdda2wav: build with pulseaudio.
- star: fix conflict with rmt.
- schilytools: fix more conflicts.
- schilytools/ved: move ved.help to share/ved.
- provide most tools via alternatives.
- 2024.03.21.
- Update Url.
- Set version for separate components (as upstream set them too).
- Added schilytools packages (sccs, ved, star etc).
