Summary: LLVM to SPIRV Translator

Description: 

Khronos LLVM to SPIRV Translator. This is a library
to be used by Mesa for OpenCL support. It translate
LLVM IR to Khronos SPIR-V. It also includes a
standalone tool used for building libclc.
