Summary: A Wave-to-Notes (MIDI) transcriber

Description: 

WaoN is a Wave-to-Notes transcriber (converts an audio file into MIDI
file) and some utility tools such as gWaoN, graphical visualization of
the spectra, and phase vocoder for time-stretching and pitch-shifting.
