API Client library for the Cloud Monitoring V3 API documentation files.

Cloud Monitoring collects metrics, events, and metadata from Google Cloud,
Amazon Web Services (AWS), hosted uptime probes, and application
instrumentation. Note that google-cloud-monitoring-v3 is a version-specific
client library. For most uses, we recommend installing the main client library
google-cloud-monitoring instead. See the readme for more details.
