Package conky: Information

Conky is a program which can display arbitrary information (such as
the date, CPU temperature from i2c, MPD info, and anything else you
desire) to the root window in X11.
- Fixed FTBFS against libmicrohttpd, do not build against libmicrohttpd on
  %ix86 and armh.
- Fixed conky window crawling (thx george@).
- Updated to 1.11.6.
- Packed converter to new config format.
- Built with support of the various additional options.
- Built VIm syntax plugin.
- Do not build and package HTML documentation.
- Updated watch file.
- Cleaned up spec and fixed license field.
- fixed apcupsd support (ALT#32298)
