Package rpm-build-ruby: Information

These helper scripts will look at Ruby source files in your package, and will
use this information to generate automatic Requires and Provides tags for the
package.
- * BREAK: setup dep detection script placement is detected on-the-fly
- ! fixed dep to rake/rdoc as package instead of path to executable
- crop out macros in favor of ruby package
- + ignore-path-token-list tag support, plus its defaults
