Setup polkit to allow xgrp users (un)mounting removable media;
using https://github.com/coldfix/udiskie/wiki/Permissions
as inspiration.

Note that xgrp is a group that users created during installation
or through `acc' (alterator-users specifically) are assigned to.

The polkit way would be to switch several actions for (in)active
users from "auth_admin{,_keep}" to "yes", including their
"*-other-seat" counterparts; patches are welcome.
