Package python-tools-scripts: Information

This package contains a collection of executable Python scripts that
are useful while building, extending or managing Python.  Some (e.g.,
dutree or lll) are also generally useful UNIX tools.
- Added support for openssl 3.1 (thx Christian Heimes).
- Secutiry update (fixed: CVE-2015-20107).
- Fixed Url field.
- Security update (fixed: CVE-2021-4189 and CVE-2022-0391);
- Fixed FTBFS against libexpat >= 2.4.5.
