- iptables_helper: fix ir_add() with omitted arguments (Closes: #59141)

  - mbtiles: in layer_write() check if tile exists before deleting it
- geo_data: add geo_nearest_vertex_2d(), geo_maxdist_2d()
- geom: Line constructor with two input iterators

- geo_nom_fi: support for 1/2 maps (V5111AL), return scale from nom_to_range_fi
