This package contains sisyphus_check utility.
- check-kernel: Allow %kcode in the new format to match rpm-build-kernel.
- 186-check-systemd: new check, disallows packages containing
  system or user units files outside /lib/systemd/system/,
  /usr/lib/systemd/system/, /usr/lib/systemd/user/.
- 185-check-udev: allow udev rules in /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/.
- Revert "check_fhs: disallow path names starting with /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/"
- Disallowed file objects whose owner or group is nobody.
