(with help of Vladimir D. Seleznev) - rpmRangesOverlap() optimized (can run ca. 30% faster). - checkinstall subpackage added. [rpm-build] (backported from Sisyphus rpm-build by vseleznv@) - support for SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH environment variable - device and inode numbers remapping
