Rebuild for C6

- mkinitrd: Fix RAID level detection for mdadm >= 3.0 (ALT#24875).

- repair after perl 5.12 upgrade using girar-nmu

- Updated to 2.5.31.
- Note: Significant changes in Perl API were made in version 2.5.28:
  new naming convention was introduced (userDataDir -> user_data_dir).
  There is some AUTOLOAD magic for compatibility with old names, but
  it might be incomplete.
- Added patches from upstream CVS:
   + fix FvwmTaskBar width
   + add support for Move arguments like 'Move w+-5p w+-2p' (such
     commands are generated by FvwmProxy when ProxyMove is enabled)
   + update documentation
- Fixed Echo command breakage introduced with format warnings fix.

- Make the whole package arch-specific again to fix problems with the
  dbus.mainloop.qt module in python-module-PyQt4 on x86_64 (ALT#23134);
  remove and obsolete the python-module-dbus-data subpackage.

- NMU (by repocop): the following fixes applied:
  * obsolete-call-in-post-alternatives-0.3 for aspell-ru-rk
  * obsolete-call-in-post-alternatives-0.3 for ispell-ru-rk-cp1251
  * obsolete-call-in-post-alternatives-0.3 for ispell-ru-rk
  * postclean-05-filetriggers for spec file

- Added %exclude instead of manual filelist generation (now the spec is
  much shorter and simpler).
- Added Unihan.txt as a new subpackage - new license in UCD.html
  explicitly overrides the copying conditions in Unihan.txt.
