- qemu-user: fixed running 32-bit x86 binaries on hosts with a page
  size > 4KB (such as LoongArch, ppc64*)

  + LoongArch: work around old glibc-kernheaders (thanks iv@)
  + LoongArch: pmem is not supported [yet]
- update vitastor block driver to vitastor-v1.3.1.
