  auto dependency by git)
- removed "--enable-netscapehack" (absent in configure in 3.0)
- added "--enable-calalarmd"
- added "--enable-backup"
  (warning: backup and replication features remains experimental)
- added libkrb5-devel to BuildRequires

- disabled tcpwrappers support
- rebuilt with openssl 1.1
- some cleanups of spec
