  + support for password roles
  + support for hidden parameters

- Fixed (thx Andrey Alekseev):
  + log entry headers were editable by double-click
  + diagnostic error handler message was covered by its buttons
  + progress page was not responsive making it impossible to expand/collapse
    log entries until operation is finished
  + the wizard was not modal
  + diagnostic-related parameters were displayed on confirmation
    page as "not set"
  + "Finish" wizard button was not activated
