control++ is a simple system configuration tool that allows administrator
to change system ulimits, set permission modes and, in perspective,
perform other administrative operations.
- A much better looking makefile.
- Validation of mode names (mode names should contain only letters of the
  English alphabet, numbers and underscores);
- Several situations that led to errors are now being handled correctly;
- The "control++ --list" command is supplemented with a display of a date and
  time of activation of the modes.
- Sub-modes of every macro mode are displayed using the "control++ --list"
  command, the "control++ --conf" command is deprecated;
- Modified output format of the "control++ --list" command;
- Corrected additional feedback that occurs during the compliance check.
